1. Nature of Services

Clinical Support Animals is a telehealth facilitation platform. We are not a medical clinic but connect users with independent licensed mental health professionals. The granting of an ESA letter is at the sole discretion of the assigned clinician.

2. Refund Policy

100% Satisfaction Guarantee: If our network clinicians determine you do not qualify for an ESA letter, or if your landlord lawfully rejects our documentation in accordance with the Fair Housing Act, you are entitled to a full refund.

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase by contacting support.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, truthful information regarding your mental health history. Providing false information to a healthcare provider is a violation of these terms and may result in the revocation of your documentation.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service or the denial of housing accommodations by third parties.
